“No, I’m sorry we can’t help you!” That’s what several of my clients heard at their financial institutions when they recently applied for a home loan.

These days with tighter guidelines and tighter restrictions when it comes to a mortgage, such denials are commonplace.

Funny enough, I have had 3 people in the last 30 days who we were able to say yes to that were originally told no. I am thrilled to say they are all now happy homeowners on the road to wealth accompanied by me and my team. Why is that? Well, if you needed heart surgery would you go to your general doctor or the best heart surgeon you could find? Of course, it would be the best of the best that you would choose to help you with something that delicate and important, right?!

We love helping our clients win! There is a story very close to my heart about a US military veteran we were able to help who was turned down not by one bank but two. Quickly, on our phone call, we established that there would be some major obstacles to overcome; however, as we often do, we worked hard to devise a plan, and we started gathering the documents needed, met with the client and went over in detail a specific strategy to help them win an offer on their dream home! Fast forward 30 days later, they are now proud homeowners and building wealth.

This story specifically warms my heart because of the nature of it. First and foremost, this man has bravely served our Country and our Freedoms. Second, he is a self-employed business owner raising a young family. Third, they are now on their journey to building wealth by purchasing a home where they were able to bring less than $4,000. He may easily make 10X his investment in the market with equity increasing at 10%+ in most of the central Ohio markets. Where else can you buy make a small investment and have such a great rate of return? Nowhere but home ownership! I am excited to help him and his family, especially given what he has given to our country. 

These kinds of stories are what motivate me to serve more families and work hard for others that work just as hard in their own families’ lives.
